Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship internationally at the moment, and we don't offer collections.
Delivery options and costs

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If you choose a PUDO locker, we'll contact you to confirm the locker closest to you before we send your order.
When will my order arrive?
- Dispatch: we pack and send orders within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Delivery: the courier usually delivers within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Main centres are usually faster; outlying areas can take longer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available to receive door deliveries, and that the delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel can't be delivered because of incorrect details, or because no one is available after the courier's attempts, the cost of re-delivery may be charged.
- For PUDO deliveries, you'll receive a collection code by SMS. Please collect your parcel within the time the locker allows.
- Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days. See our Refund Policy.
Delays
If we can't dispatch your order within the stated time, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll let you know straight away. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
